All Orders placed online require a minimum of 24 hours to process.
Our Display Setup & Pickup times are scheduled for business days, Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Customer or Recipient is NOT required to be onsite as long as the home of delivery is marked clearly with an address OR if detailed instructions of the house location accompany the order. If there are no specific instructions to the location or placement of the signs for setup, but it is clear which house is the correct house, then GrassyGreeting.com will setup your display to obtain the most visibility. Please be aware that we will NOT relocate signs once they are setup. If we cannot find the home or if for any reason we cannot gain access to the yard of the home then we will call you to determine the best course of action. We do not provide refunds for orders not canceled at least 24 hours prior to setup.
Please note that when ordering, if your first Character choice is not available, we will use your second choice. If for any reason we cannot provide the style you request we will notify you via email.
If we determine your delivery area requires additional delivery or setup time we will ask for your approval prior to completing your order.
